New SBC Bioinformatics Specialist

The SBC is pleased to welcome David Levy-Booth, PhD, our new Bioinformatics Specialist. 

David joins us with a wealth of experience in genomics, metagenomics, and bioinformatics, as demonstrated in his most recent publication “Genomics and metatranscriptomics of biogeochemical cycling and degradation of lignin-derived aromatic compounds in thermal swamp sediment”(ISME J (2020). https://doi.org/10.1038/s41396-020-00820-x).
